Grab N Go Charging Network

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Grab N Go portable mobile charging network and any associated hardware, software, stations, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using a Grab N Go charging station or portable battery device, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service
Grab N Go provides a mobile charging infrastructure service through a network of charging stations located in hotels, venues, and public locations.
Users may temporarily access portable charging devices through the network in order to charge personal electronic devices.
The portable battery units remain the exclusive property of Grab N Go Technology LLC at all times. Users are granted temporary access to the charging service infrastructure, not ownership or rental rights in the physical battery device.

2. Service Access and Usage
By accessing the Service, you agree that:
• The portable charging device is part of a managed charging network
• The device must be returned to a compatible network station
• You will use the device only for the purpose of charging personal electronics
• The device may not be disassembled, modified, or tampered with
Failure to return the device may result in a replacement fee.

3. Fees and Charges
Grab N Go charges a service access fee for use of the mobile charging network.
Typical fees may include:
• Charging session fee (for time-based use of the service)
• Replacement fee if a device is not returned
• Additional fees if the device is damaged or tampered with
Fees may vary by location and will be displayed at the charging station interface.
All charges are processed electronically through the payment method provided.

4. Device Return Requirement
Portable battery devices must be returned to any compatible Grab N Go charging station within the network. If the device is not returned within the specified timeframe, the user may be charged a device replacement fee.This fee represents the cost of replacing the network device and restoring service availability.

5. Device Ownership
All charging devices, stations, and related equipment remain the sole property of Grab N Go Technology. Users obtain temporary access to charging capability through the service network and do not acquire ownership or lease rights in the equipment.

6. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
• Damage or attempt to open the device
• Use the device for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the operation of the charging network
• Attempt to bypass payment systems
Grab N Go reserves the right to restrict access to the Service for violations of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grab N Go Technology LLC shall not be liable for:
• Loss or damage to personal electronic devices
• Data loss or device malfunction
• Indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service
The Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.

8. Payment Authorization
By initiating a charging session, you authorize Grab N Go to charge your payment method for all applicable service fees and replacement fees in accordance with these Terms.

9. Service Availability
Grab N Go does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the charging network.
Stations or devices may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, connectivity issues, or operational limitations.

10. Privacy
Grab N Go may collect limited information necessary to process transactions and operate the charging network.Use of personal information is governed by the Grab N Go Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications
Grab N Go may update these Terms at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on the company website and will become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
